How much time do I have to complete the course?
You have six (6) months to complete the course from the date of purchase.
How many credits in total are available for the course?
If you complete the course, there are 12.35 CME credits available.
Is technical assistance available if I have software issues during the course?
Yes, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit help.commpartners.com. There are several options available on the site. You can review the troubleshooting tips, utilize the live chat support, and create a ticket for a call from the support team. Include the following: Your first & last name, the full course name you are having issues with, a description of what issue you are encountering and what steps you may have taken to overcome the issue.
Is a certificate available upon completion of the course?
If you register for a course that offers CMEs, you must complete the minimum requirements to receive your certificate. Once you meet those requirements, your CME certificate will be automatically generated. You may view and download the certificate any time from your dashboard.
Is a certification exam available after I complete the course?
The Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing (APWH) endorses the Council for Medical Education and Testing (CMET) wound certification exam. The Council for Medical Education and Testing (CMET) is a non-profit organization providing the only physician specific certification in wound healing fully produced and administered by a physician specific organization and available to all prescribing physicians. The exam is Beta-tested, peer reviewed and now in its seventh year has demonstrated proven viability and withstood the test of time. By numbers alone it is de facto the largest and most widely accepted certification of its kind in the United States today. CMET is the physician's choice for wound-healing certification. If I am unable to take the course, can I receive a refund?
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail email@example.com, and include 1) your name; 2) the name of the product for which you would like a refund, and 3) the reason you are requesting a refund.
Where do I find all the products I attended/registered for?
You will see all the products you are registered for on your dashboard.
How often can I return and review a purchased product?
Anytime you want. You will see all the products you are registered for and all the sessions added to your account on your dashboard [we can hyperlink to the Dashboard].
How do I reset my password?
To change your password, please visit your profile. To access your profile, log-in to elearning.apwh.org if you have not already done so, then select your name, and then “Profile."
